The most import part of any system is the
output. Reporting is where IEG Driver Recruiting really shines. Many systems
have reporting problems because they do not standardize inputs. This leads to
manual reconciliation of various different reports to get the information they
need. Quality data is a must for quality reports, IEG provides both. Our reporting software allows multiple
user groups access to just the reports they
need. Your IT department (or IEG) can also create and add your own custom
reports to our menu. All our standard reports can be modified to better suit
your needs. All of our reports are written with CrystalReports and you get the
source to the reports when you buy the program. Driver Recruiting uses user definable
dropdown boxes to eliminate report criteria typos. This leads to consistent
reports that don’t need to be modified or massaged up before they are sent up
or down the management chain. Several 'single truck driver' reports are
integrated directly into the client program. These include a report called
‘Truck Driver Jacket’. It can list all data collected on an individual truck
driver.
Another single driver report is the ‘Employment Verification’ which inserts
the driver's name and previous employer name into a custom from for previous
employer verification which can be faxed directly from the software to the
previous employer. Orientation forms for an orientation packet can be generated
which automatically fills out the truck, drivers name, address, SSN, etc.
