A recruiters’ time is valuable and
should not be wasted double entering data. Our goal with our various interfaces
is to save trucking companies the cost of re-entering data they have purchased
from outside vendors. We identified three sources of information where manual

This is by far the largest volume of imported data. Many trucking companies buy
hundreds of truck driver applications a day from multiple sources. Normally
these truck driver applications are
emailed to the company and users must manually enter it into their recruiting system. The
cost of turning this raw data into information is three times what it should be. The
costs include the primary cost of attaining the driver applications, the secondary cost of
entering, and the opportunity cost of using a recruiter as a data entry clerk. IEG has developed 'easy app'
to automatically download internet apps from many of the best web sources of
truck driver applications directly into our system. Recruiters can have a list
of potential truck drivers waiting on them when they arrive in the morning and are feed new

Are your recruiters getting tired of having to re-enter all the drivers previous
jobs when they request employment verification? With IEG any data you enter into
the driver recruiting software will automatically be transferred to the online
DAC web page. All you do is check the boxes for the reports you want. Immediate
DAC reports can be transferred into the driver's file within the recruiting
system. Delayed reports can also be attached to the driver's file when received

Most systems don’t keep up with advertising costs and effectiveness very well
because of the amount of data entry required or because they use clumsy tick
sheets. In IEG we can import your entire ad plan from your ad agency attach any
ad to a driver with one click. Some consolidators of web apps for truck drivers feel that they own the data you have paid them to collect. We feel differently. We provide you the facility to bypass web consolidators. Any app you receive from any web provider is passed directly from the provider into your driver recruiting database, on your server. IEG provides the programs that will pass the truck driver's application from the provider to you. We stick to our role as a software provider, and are not in the data consolidation business. All the interfaces within our software work this way, directly between the trucking company and the data provider. The data never passes through IEG's hands. We NEVER see any of your potential truck drivers, nor do we resell them. We help setup the import and it runs automatically. If you are working with a data provider we don’t import data from, we can work with them to set it up. We can also upload hired drivers to your operations package.
